Article 22, paragraph 2, of the Coni Sports Agents Regulations establishes: “Unless otherwise expressly established in the mandate contract, they are also delegated to the CONI Sports Guarantee Board, in accordance with art. 54, paragraph 3 of the Code of Sports Justice, all disputes regarding the validity, interpretation and execution of the mandate contracts stipulated by sports agents, as well as related disputes of an economic nature“.
