For the murder of Azouz Marzouk’s wife, Raffaella Castagna, his son Youssef, his mother Paola Galli, and the nearby Valeria Cherubini.
Some days ago, the Supreme Court said no at the request of Rosa and Olindo’s lawyers to analyze the new findings of the massacre, found at the crime scene and that no one had examined before in twelve years.

This is Abdi Kais, who speaks of one strong rivalry between the group of Tunisians close to Azouz Marzouk and that of Moroccans who sold in the same area between Erba and Merone, municipalities in the province of Como. A rivalry that would have resulted in a stabbing fight of the Moroccans against Abdi Kais and his brother and two cousins of Azouz Marzouk. “Some Moroccans stabbed me, Azouz’s brother, Borhen’s cousin and Borhen’s brother who lives in Como, there were problems with drugs,” he says. According to the man’s statements, the Tunisians would have had the worst with stab wounds and Abdi would have gone to the hospital to be treated. The episode would lead to a real fight between the two groups.
“A Tunisian, Amer, always hid cocaine in the basement (by Azouz and Raffaella, ed.), ”continues Kais. “Because from the hiding places in the forest in front of Merone he often disappeared.” Therefore, the man claims that quantities of cocaine were hidden in the basement of Raffaella and Azouz’s house, a stone’s throw from Piazza del Mercato, the shop square in Erba.
