The tremors were also felt in Zagreb and in some areas of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, but also in Italy, in Friuli: on social networks there are dozens of reports related to citizens concerned about the intensity of the earthquake, from Trieste, city closest to the border and the epicenter area, many have woken up with a start and numerous are the testimonies of concerned people who have been posted by residents of the four regional capitals and until Sacile, in the province of Pordenone on the other regional side, on the border with Veneto. Reports also from Gemona, Monfalcone and the entire Lower Friuli area. Some circumstances also favored the perception of the earthquake: the moment it occurred, the travel ban that forces most of the population to enter the house, a heavy snowfall that discourages travel unless strictly necessary.
