11/14/2020 – The Campania Region has made available the update of the e-Covid Sinfonia application to allow citizens to receive the results of the molecular swab and / or serological test on their smartphone.
Once logged in, with Google or Apple ID, depending on the device supplied, the citizen, in addition to a personal monitoring section, can directly access the result of the test that has been carried out, after verification of the mobile phone number. and inserting the numeric string shown on the back of your health card.
A practical monitoring section offers the user the possibility of entering and updating data on the health status, also of the members of their family unit (in particular of underage children) and the data is sent directly to their GP at through the regional platform SINFONIA.
The App, available on iOS and Android devices, joins the messaging service activated by the Campania Region, already available a few weeks ago, which allows the citizen, who communicated his mobile phone at the time of taking the tampon, receive the instructions to access the result and the report.
