Stop the jaws of the tax collector and also other executive paperwork if the taxpayer presents or has presented an application to request the deferral of his ‘tax debts’ due to proven economic difficulties in payment. The blocking of the possibility for the taxpayer to activate these procedures – from the foreclosure to the administrative detention – will not affect the procedures already activated but will start immediately after the presentation of the request that the taxpayer will make to obtain the extension. This is foreseen by one of the articles included in the first draft of the Ristori Quater dl that Ansa could see. The rule states that the statute of limitations and expiration periods are also blocked when applying.
The postponement of the tax deadlines of November 30 and also new specific aid for temporary workers in tourism, entertainment and for workers in the sports sector: these are the contents of a ‘first draft’ of the ‘Ristori Quater’ decree that in 27 articles also provides aid to the fair sector and congresses, postponement of elections for union representation bodies, postponement of some terms due to fiscal federalism, the right to extend the duration of listed real estate funds and funds for the police, firefighters and the appearance of irregular work.
An additional allocation of € 1,000 in favor of workers in the tourism and entertainment sectors. and of the spas that have ceased their employment relationship since last January 1 and that are not pensioners, or have another employee job and do not receive Naspi. It is one of the measures envisaged by the Ristori Quater decree project. The same draft decree also provides compensation of 800 euros in favor of workers employed in collaborative relationships with amateur sports clubs and associations, as well as with the Coni and the Italian Paralympic Committee.
