Dpcm, yellow zone of Campania: what it means

[ad_1]

Surprisingly, the Campania has been included as Lazio in the territories of yellow zone. At the risk that preceded Giuseppe Conte’s press conference on November 4, the Region had changed color several times on the map: red, orange, even green. In the end, despite President Vincenzo De Luca’s declared willingness to implement more rigid measures, the Government classified Campania as yellow, in the lowest alert level among the Italian territories.

The governor has already released clear signs of defiance, and therefore the rules for the citizens of Campania may be slightly different from those of the other Yellow Regions. This is what the yellow alert classification means for Campania.

Campania surprise yellow zone

There were numerous indications that, in principle, led to the assumption that Campania could not end up among the moderate risk areas. First was the conspicuous first place among the Regions for percentage increase in positives, as the Gimbe Foundation pointed out. In addition, on Wednesday, the Director of Prevention of the Ministry of Health, Gianni Rezza, had included the Region in the list of those most affected, along with Piedmont and Lombardy (They both ended up in the red zone).

Dpcm, the regulations in force in Campania

For Campania they will be worth all measures in force for the entire national territory provided by the new Dpcm from Friday, November 6 to December 3: remote secondary schools, curfew from 22 to 5, shopping centers closed on weekends, bars and restaurants open from 5 to 18, museums and halls closed bets, public transport capacity reduced to 50%.

However, there will be differences between the rules established by the Government for the yellow zones and those of the Campania region. In fact, it has already leaked to the administration that the schools of all levels will be closed. Tomorrow a new ordinance should arrive.

In Campania, two red zones are also currently active, corresponding to the territories of the municipalities of Orta di Atella and Marcianise. In these areas, a closure is still in force, prohibiting entry and exit from the Municipality.
