Gyms and swimming pools are still closed, some openings for cinemas and theaters and rules for schools that include a hybrid formula between 50% of face-to-face classes and 50% of distance education. These are some of the measures that arise from the draft of the Dpcm that will be in force from March 6 to April 6, including the Easter holidays. Here’s what it can and can’t do, based on your region’s scope and classification between yellow, orange, and red zones.

Transfers, visits, transportation

The Dpcm confirms the ban on traveling throughout the country, with the exceptions already provided so far: “proven labor needs” or “situations
out of necessity or for health reasons “, while the return to
domicile or domicile. Public transportation can fill up to a maximum of 50%. Within regions, the rules change based on the region’s band.

● Yellow zone. The curfew is maintained from 10 pm to 5 am, within which it is only possible “to travel motivated by proven work needs, by situations of need or for health reasons.” However, during the rest of the day it is “strongly recommended” not to travel by public or private transport, except for “reasons of work, study, health, situations of need or to carry out activities or use non-suspended services”. Visits to private homes are allowed once a day and within the limit of two more people than those who already live in the house, as well as children under 14 years of age and disabled or not self-sufficient people living together.

● Orange zone. It is not possible to enter or leave the orange areas, always except for reasons of work, necessity and return home / residence, but the “movements strictly necessary to ensure the realization of face-to-face teaching within the limits in which it is allowed” are allowed. It is forbidden to travel outside the municipality itself, except for “work or study needs, for health reasons, for situations of need or to carry out activities or use services that are not suspended and not available in that municipality.” The rules of curfew and visits to individuals are identical to those of the yellow zone, but movements are allowed from municipalities with a population of no more than 5,000 inhabitants and for a distance of no more than 30 kilometers from the relative borders, with the exclusion in any case of travel to the provincial capitals.
