The dramatic story happened in the last days in Piacenza, dove Giuseppe Mosconi, sixty-eight years old, a pensioner living in the Lodi area, last Thursday, November 12, he left Fombio and went to the emergency room at the Guglielmo Da Saliceto hospital, because he was ill. According to the newspaper Telelibertà Piacenza, he got into the car and arrived alone at Emilian’s hospital, from which he unfortunately never left. In fact, his health gradually deteriorated and he died two days later.

The first ticket: “The owner is in emergency medicine”

So in the hours following his access to the hospital the car, parked on the street on the blue lines, once the paid parking ticket was exhausted, at 12:51, it was covered with fines, which appeared one after another, remained there . and wet from the rain, because the ticket had expired. At first, a note placed by unknown persons appeared on the windshield of the car, to warn the traffic police that the owner of the car was admitted to Emergency Medicine and that, due to force majeure, he could not move it or renew the parking fee .

The second ticket: “Mosconi has passed away”

Later a second note warned of the death: “Mr. Giuseppe has passed away,” it reads. Next to the notice is a photo of him. It is not clear who posted the messages on the car, but from what we learned that the 68-year-old was alone, so no one went to see him at the hospital or move the car, which at least for the moment seems to be staying there.
