The bicycle can be used within the municipality where you reside while staying close to your home. However, if two-wheelers are used for sports, the situation is different: you cannot cross the borders of your country and you have to be alone. The hypothesis of riding a bicycle with four or five other people is not allowed.

I have a horse in a stable. The groom can only provide food for the animals, but not their movement. This problem can lead to serious illnesses in horses. The riding school is not in my village, but in the adjacent one. Can we horse owners go to the facility or are we at risk of being penalized?

If the animal has any particular pathology, it is also possible to attach the veterinary certificate. The self-declaration must specify that there is no one who can carry out that particular activity and therefore, in order not to cause damage to the animal, it was necessary to transfer the owner to another municipality.
