In the red regions, the distance learning rule applies to upper secondary, second and third grade classes. Only preschool, elementary and secondary schools remain open. The universities closed, as in the orange and yellow regions. However, in these areas, face-to-face teaching is still valid for preschools, elementary and secondary schools.
