The Council of Ministers, at the proposal of President Giuseppe Conte and the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza, approved a decree-law on the night of December 2 that introduces urgent measures to face the health risks associated with the spread of the Covid virus. -19. – From December 21, 2020 to January 6, 2021, it will be forbidden to move to second homes that are located in a Region or Autonomous Province other than one’s own. On December 25 and 26, 2020 and January 1, 2021, the prohibition will also apply to second homes located in a municipality other than yours.
Finally, the new regulations of the Decree Law establishes that the First Ministerial Decree of emergency, regardless of the classification in risk levels and scenarios of the different Regions and Autonomous Provinces, may have, in the period from December 21, 2020 to 6 January 2021, throughout the national territory. , specific measures among those already provided listed by the primary rules.
