Sent by Enrico Maranzana – The health situation has expanded the school environment, incorporating the students’ homes. The new information technologies have made this annexation possible, but its potential has not been exploited, being used as communication channels.
It is a minimalist choice. There was no reflection on the potential of the network: the trends of traditional teaching are reproduced.
A cultural fixity has given rise to this organization: the majority of secondary school teachers believe that the mandate given to them is the ministerial program and the transmission of knowledge codified in textbooks. The rules of the school system, on the other hand, have a dynamic vision of knowledge; this must be associated with the problems that generated it and the research methods that brought it to light.
Some stimulus problems light up the scene.
History. Think of the behavior induced by a task (competition) that requires the search and comparison of sources and testimonies, the identification of possible contradictions and their solution, the formulation of consistent arguments.
Construction of the model.
A description of an event (real or fictitious) is distributed in which many events are intertwined, due to the juxtaposition of interests. Four versions of the event are required, characterized by the assumption of a different point of view.

It requires the specification of the objectives, the analysis of the available data and the search for the necessary ones, the formulation of hypotheses, the design and application of strategies, the obtaining of results and the capitalization of the information contained in the errors (meta- Outcome).
There are five stimuli with an evident characterization: 1) the adoption of an ascending didactics that starts from a significant experience; 2) the protagonism of the student and their participation in the construction of knowledge; 3) scanning the network to find, select and weigh data; 4) the construction and application of models that are the basis of the culture of information technologies and of our daily life; 5) the enrichment of the concept “discipline”; 6) the didactic organization oriented to the promotion and development of skills; 7) the choice of digital instruments according to educational objectives.
The management of previous job proposals may vary. Among the various possibilities, the gradual approach to knowledge and the improvement of students’ production is proposed. The tasks will be approached by small groups that, once the work is finished, will present their elaborations to the whole class. This will be followed by a comparison between the solutions that will end with the teacher’s illustration of the doctrine.
