After the Dpcm of December 3, 2020, how is teaching carried out in secondary schools?
The Ministry of Education clarifies with a FAQ.
In upper secondary schools, until the start of the Christmas holidays, 100% of the activities will continue to be carried out remotely for all students. The possibility of carrying out face-to-face activities is always guaranteed if the use of laboratories is necessary or to maintain an educational relationship that achieves the effective school inclusion of students with disabilities and other special educational needs. As of January 7, 2021, on the other hand, in the so-called yellow and orange areas, schools will adopt flexible forms in the organization of teaching activities in accordance with art. 4 and 5 of Presidential Decree 275/99 so that 75% of the student population is guaranteed face-to-face teaching (Departmental Note n. 2164 of 09/12/2020).
