A 57-YEAR-OLD PERSON DIES IN INTENSIVE CARE

Covid-19 broke the life of a 57-year-old man from San Martino in Pensilis, transferred to ICU where today, however, he lost his life. Today we also gave you an account of two victims, elderly guests at the Tavenna retirement home (whose deaths have not yet been accounted for in the Asrem newsletter). So the victims since the beginning of the epidemic have now risen to 184.

ONLY ONE POSITIVE PERSON: BUT THE TESTS ARE 48. DO NOT CURE

Today’s numbers are small in the Molise Healthcare Company newsletter. Thanks to Christmas, in the last 24 hours the Cardarelli analysis laboratory has processed only 48 swabs: of these, only one positive case emerged (in Campobasso). Therefore, the positivity rate that today stands at around 2.1% is negligible. Yesterday, however, 28 cases of infection were detected versus 355 swabs (for a positivity rate of 7.9%)

In the last 24 hours they have not healed, like yesterday.

4 HOSPITALIZED PATIENTS IN INFECTIOUS DISEASES, 3 LEAVE THE HOSPITAL

There are four people who needed hospitalization in the Infectious Diseases department of the Cardarelli hospital in Campobasso: it is a patient from Campobasso, one from San Martino in Pensilis, while the other two patients come from Termoli and Montenero di Bisaccia.
Instead, three people were discharged from the hospital in the capital: two from Campobassani and one from Termolesa, both hospitalized in Infectious.

Currently 63 patients are hospitalized in Campobasso hospital, of which 8 are in the intensive care unit.

TOMORROW IN MOLISE THE FIRST 50 VACCINES AGAINST COVID

The first doses of vaccine will arrive tomorrow morning at the Cardarelli in the capital.

Covid, Molise’s ‘Vax-day’ begins in the trench of Cardarelli hospital. Ripalimosani RSA guests will also be vaccinated
