The Supreme Court has ordered another appeal procedure to be carried out in a different section of Milan. Meanwhile, the woman will remain in prison.

The woman will remain in prison, pending the new appeal, unless the terms of the preventive detention expire in the meantime. When the judges of the Court of Appeal of Milan, realizing the lack of integrity of the motives filed in the register, had set a hearing to repair an “administrative error”, but in the meantime the terms of the appeal had expired for the accused in cassation.
