With immediate effect and until October 20, 2020, without prejudice to any other determination as a result of state measures, the bars, ice cream parlors, pastry shops and similar businesses closure of the activity from 11pm to 6am the next day, from Sunday to Thursday; from midnight to 6 am the next day, Friday and Saturday.
The exceptions are the stores present in wholesale structures. who observe night hours of operation. With the entry into force of this provision is revoked the provision mentioned in point 1.2. of Ordinance n. 75 of September 29, 2020. To restaurants, pizzerias and other catering establishments (pubs, wineries, kebabs and the like), it is mandatory to anticipate the last entry of customers as well as take-out food at 11:00 p.m., throughout the week. Home deliveries are allowed without a time limit.
The Region has renewed the obligation of a mandatory mask also in outdoor places, throughout the day, regardless of the interpersonal distance, subject to the provisions of the specific protocols of the current sector (for example, for restaurants, bars, outdoor sports), since the previous ordinance had expired today. .
In summary: from Sunday to Thursday the premises must close at 23.00. From Friday to Saturday it can slide an hour, or close at midnight. By discotheques we mean “bars, ice cream parlors, pastry shops and similar establishments” or the characteristic meeting places of the nightlife.
