New case record of Coronavirus in Italy. According to the data reported in today’s newsletter, Wednesday October 28, released by the Ministry of Health, in the last 24 hours 24,991 coronavirus infections were registered in Italy (yesterday there were 21,994), for a total since the beginning of the emergency health in 589,766 cases. The total cured is 275,404 (+3416, in the last 24 hours, yesterday they were +3362) and the deaths are 37,905 (today there is an increase of +205 deaths, yesterday they were +221). In Italy there are currently 276,457 positive cases: of these, 14,981 patients are hospitalized with symptoms, while 1,536 are in intensive care. In total, the swabs performed in the last 24 hours were 198,952, for a total of 15,152,038 since the beginning of the epidemic. The Region with the most positive cases on a daily basis is still Lombardy (+7,559), followed by Piedmont, Campania and Lazio.
