I new cases of coronavirus registered in Italy in the last 24 hours are 28,337 (a significant decrease compared to yesterday when there were 34,767) for a total of 1,408,868 infected since the start of the health emergency. This is what emerges from Today’s newsletter, Sunday, November 22, published by the Ministry of Health. Those cured since the start of the pandemic are 553,098 (+13,574, yesterday + 19,502), while the deaths from Covid are 49,823 (there is an increase of 562 deaths in the last 24 hours, yesterday they were 692). The positive cases are currently 805,947. Of these, 34,279 patients were hospitalized with symptoms and 3,801 in intensive care. Overall, the swabs performed in the last 24 hours were 188,747. The Region with the most positive daily cases is Lombardy, with 5,094 new cases, followed by Veneto and Campania.
