According to the latest bulletin issued by the Ministry of Health, 33,979 cases of Coronavirus have been registered in Italy in the last 24 hours (yesterday they were 37,255), for a total of 1,178,529 cases since the start of the health emergency. Those cured since the beginning of the pandemic are 420,810 (+9,376, yesterday +12,196), while deaths from Covid are 42,229 (there is an increase of 546 deaths in the last 24 hours, yesterday they were 544). Of the currently positive cases, 32,047 are hospitalized patients with symptoms, 3,422 in intensive care. Overall, the swabs performed in the last 24 hours were 195 275. The Region with the most positive daily cases is Lombardy, followed by Piedmont, Campania and Emilia Romagna.
