19,903 new cases of Coronavirus were registered in Italy in the last 24 hours (yesterday they were 18,727) for a total of 1,825,775 infected since the start of the health emergency. This is clear from today’s newsletter, Saturday December 12, issued by the Ministry of Health, on the epidemic situation in our country. On the last day, deaths from covid were 649, while yesterday they were 761, for a total of 64,036 victims since the beginning of the epidemic. The healed in total are, however, 1,076,891 (+24,728). The positive cases are currently 684,848. Of these, 28,066 are hospitalized patients with symptoms and 3,199 are in intensive care. Overall, the swabs performed in the last 24 hours were 196,439. The Region with the most positive daily cases is Veneto, followed by Lombardy and Piedmont.
