From Thursday, November 5, until December 3, Italy will be in a ‘lockdown light’, with a curfew from 10 pm to 5 am and even more stringent measures in risk areas. The exact “color” of each region will be decided on Wednesday based on the contagion rate. Umbria is almost certainly “green”.
DPCM NOVEMBER 3, THE REGIONS DIVIDED INTO THREE BANDS – DRAFT PDF
An afternoon of confrontation
On Tuesday afternoon there was a State-Regions conference: initially convened urgently at 3.30 pm (so much so that Tesei’s conference with Bertolaso was brought forward to 2.30 pm) it was moved to 5.00 pm and then later. But in the meantime the drafts of the Dpcm (of which we propose the latest version) were already circulating, which will mark the next tough weeks in Italy. At the top: government, regions, municipalities, provinces, with Ministers Boccia and Speranza, Commissioner Arcuri and the head of civil protection Borrelli. After midnight the signature, with the Regions in disagreement. Wednesday morning the publication.
Compared to the draft published by the newspapers in the afternoon, the only substantial change concerns the opening of hair salons also in the red zone.
