Covid: US, daily average rises to 46 thousand cases – Last minute

(ANSA) – ROME, OCTOBER 10 – The United States registered a daily average of more than 46 thousand cases of coronavirus this week, 12% more than last week and more than double the levels of June: this is what It follows from statistics from Johns Hopkins University, according to CNN.

Only on the day of last Friday, the balance was at least 50,191 new infections. Infections continue to rise in most US states and, as the federal health agency (CDC) indicated yesterday, the death toll in the country could rise to 233,000 by the end of this month.
