A date that certainly does not bring anything good, for the superstitious. Ordinances and Dpcm that should last at least two weeks to take effect, is a lot if they last a couple of days. This is now the perspective of the intervention of the Council of Ministers, including the last decree of early November, which will be replaced again in a few hours.
