I am 18,040 positive swabs for Coronavirus in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Ministry of Health. The victims are 505. The swabs performed were 193,777. Yesterday there were 175,364, about 18,000 less. The positivity rate is 9.3% (yesterday 8.3%).
Yesterday the positive had been 14,522, 553 victims. In total, the deaths since the beginning of the epidemic are 70,900. Those currently positive are 593,632 (-5,184), those recovered and discharged 1,344,785 (+22,718). With today’s new cases in Italy they have been exceeded the two million cases registered since the beginning of the epidemic. Now it’s 2,009,317.
Again according to the data published today by the ministry, they are Intensive care patients decreased by 35 units, in the balance between inputs and outputs. Admissions for the day are 149 (yesterday 216). In total, there are 2,589 patients hospitalized in intensive care. On the other hand, those hospitalized with symptoms in ordinary wards are 24,070, 476 units less than yesterday. In home isolation there are 566,973 people (-4,673).
