The first positive comes up in the false swab research, but it could just be the tip of the iceberg. The investigators coordinated by the prosecutor Allegra Migliorini, would have identified a first person who had undergone the Covid-19 test for the fiftieth anniversary of Campania who posed as a doctor and who then had given him the false report that certified his negativity to the coronavirus. Then when he did the real thing, he realized it was positive. The problem is that this person could be the first in a long series, with easily imaginable consequences, namely the risk of having infected every other series of people with whom she had contact, believing that she was not affected by the virus. by Sars-Cov-2.

The research that takes place between Civitavecchia me Rome and carried out by the carabinieri from the main station of the port city, now it is directed mainly to this aspect, that is, to understand where and how many people have been subjected to the hyssop by the false doctor. One of the places where Arma’s soldiers would focus their attention is the RSA where Domenico D works. In fact, the man turns out to be a social worker at an assisted health residence in Anguillara Sabazia.
Investigators suspect that the fifty-year-old man may also have performed fake swabs there. Not only that, there is another aspect that concerns us. The fake doctor may have used the same stick multiple times on multiple people. If this were the case, it would be of unprecedented danger, because perhaps that same tampon could have been used first on a positive person, then on a negative one. This would mean that the second person would surely have been infected. But at the moment this is just a hypothesis that is still being examined by researchers and everything to be verified. The sticks, among other things, were found in his home. More precisely in the house of his partner, with whom he shared a flat, a few hundred meters from the San Paolo Hospital in Civitavecchia.
His wife, a nurse in the orthopedic department of the port city hospital, is also under investigation. According to the hypothesis of the magistrate of instruction, it was she who gave those sticks to her partner, taking them out of their workplace. The nurse, however, denies everything. “I have not stolen any tampons from the hospital – he would have said – I have nothing to do with this story.” The truth is, however, that when the carabinieri made the ASL staff see this material, they confirmed that those bottles, and also other pharmaceutical material found at her home, was attributable to the one supplied to the Civitavecchia hospital.
Dr. Simona Ursino, director of the Asl Rm4 infectious diseases unit, played a key role in the search for the evidence. In fact, it is she who received the first false report that started the entire investigation. The doctor immediately sensed that something was wrong. She managed to track down the fake doctor. She got in touch with her to ask for a clarification, giving her an appointment for the next day and at the same time she notified the police. When the fifty-year-old man went to the interview with Dr. Ursino, there was also a fake nurse, who was actually a carabiniere.
When the man told what he was doing, the nurse-carabiniere intervened and immediately after the search began at his house and the tampons and everything else came out.
Another important aspect that emerges from the prosecution’s investigation is that unrepeatable technical verifications were also carried out. In fact, the prosecutor Migliorini has ordered a detailed review of the mobile phones supplied to both the social and health worker and the nurse, as well as their personal computers. This passage was also reported to the couple’s legal defense, the lawyer Matteo Mormino. In what was found in those prints and on the hard drive of the PC, however, there is the strictest confidentiality.
