Also the document “Operational guidelines for the management of cases and outbreaks of SARS-CoV-2 in schools and children’s educational services”, prepared by the Higher Institute of Health, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, INAIL, Fondazione Bruno Kessler, the Veneto region and Emilia-Romagna region, raised this critical problem: “The mechanism by which quarantined teachers can continue to carry out regular distance learning should be identified, in accordance with their status as quarantined workers”.
On this point, the president of the Association of National Presidents asks: “If a class goes to quarantine, what does the teacher do? Can you teach? If so, how? In presence or distance? But the Ministry must give us clear indications on how to regulate ourselves“.
A quarantined worker is on sick leave
