Figures that are too high, which make us tremble every day, those published yesterday by the Lazio Region bulletin on the emergency of the covid: out of 12,000 tampons in the region, 357 new cases were registered, of which 145 in Rome, 6 deaths, 61 recovered. Positive in schools, with parents queuing to rub themselves, in municipal public services: in Atac positive for coronavirus a driver of metro B, a garage worker in via Prenestina, a transport operator in Magliana. There are two positive drivers, both operating on line B. For this reason, some shifts are still unfilled. Meanwhile, while the Palazzo Senatorio reopened after sanitation interventions in the rooms frequented by a person from the Cabinet Office positive to COVID-19, ASL Roma 3 ordered the sanitation of some areas of Pisana for last night. An employee of the regional council of Lazio tested positive for the swab: the communication reached the employees with a circular in the late afternoon. In the central area, the black jersey goes to the Trieste district, in Municipality 2 (630 positive until yesterday morning), where 155 cases were included in absolute terms since the start of the pandemic. Included in the same area, the 132 positives registered in the Nomentano district are worrying. Geographically close, but within the V Municipality (874 confirmed cases), Gordiani registers a worrying 142. The central area as a whole shows the worst panorama, if we also consider the 147 infected in the Esquilino. The area that belongs to the historic center, in this sense, registers 137 positives. The numbers increase in the most populated areas and if the situation seems to improve moving away from the center, Torre Ángela (245 positive) and Borghesiana (139), in Municipality 6 (755 cases), represent worrisome exceptions. It is not better in City Hall 7, which is the worst in general, with 913 cases. Here the incidence of Don Bosco district weighs above all, 190 positives registered until yesterday morning, and Tuscolano Sud (161). Ostia, divided between South and North, has 89 and 92 respectively, to which must be added the 29 in the old area. A total of 541 are those of the City Council 10. The best marks refer to districts four and eight, which with 393 and 354 cases, are the least affected areas of the city. In Tor San Giovanni the positives are 2; three in Tor Cervara and Grottarossa east, figures that, although comforting, must be contextualized and related to the number of inhabitants. Outside of Rome, the situation in Latina is worrying, where only yesterday there were 60 cases.
