Prices are controlled: € 22 for the quick swab and € 20 for the serological test. The answer will be available in a quarter of an hour since it is not necessary for the samples to be processed in the laboratories that, instead, will be analyzed with machinery or with a “bar of soap” (typical response to the pregnancy test) in the place.
The entire procedure, therefore, has been codified to guarantee the safety of users and operators and, above all, to prevent a single person from being able to independently perform the test, test positive and keep it hidden. That is why the Lazio Region and the Order of Pharmacists are now evaluating whether and what measures to take against those pharmacies (reported in Roma Norte, Centocelle and Guidonia) that had begun to sell them illegally ahead of time.
