Emilia Romagna will become the orange zone. This was reported by the regional health counselor Raffaele Donini on the usual Friday live on Facebook. The provision, signed by the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza, will be valid for two weeks as of Sunday, November 15.
“A preventive measure – Donini explained – necessary to prevent hospitals from collapsing. In general, the restrictions for the orange band include:
MOBILITY ‘- Travel to municipalities other than the one of residence and to other regions is prohibited except for work, health or study needs with self-certification. It is recommended to avoid traveling even in your own municipality.
BARS AND RESTAURANTS – The bars and restaurants will be closed to the public all day, it can only be held until 10pm. Home delivery without restrictions.
SHOPS – The shops, hairdressers and beauticians will remain open.
“Actually, these are measures that are partly already provided for by the regional ordinance in force as of tomorrow,” Donini explained. An ordinance signed by President Stefano Bonaccini, which will remain in force until December 3, which provides for always wearing a mask when leaving home; the total closure of shops on Sundays and of medium and large shopping areas also on Saturdays sports activity in green areas, but not in historic centers and busy areas; in addition to other measures.
