3) CLOSE CONTACTS “Close contacts of infected cases confirmed and identified by health authorities must observe a quarantine period of 14 days from the last exposure to the case; or a quarantine period of 10 days from the last exposure with a negative antigen or molecular test performed the tenth day. ” It is also recommended: carry out the molecular test at the end of the quarantine to all people who live or come in regular contact with fragile subjects and / or at risk of complications. And again: provide differentiated access to the test for children; not provide for quarantine or diagnostic testing on close contacts of close contacts of the case (i.e. there has been no direct contact with the confirmed case), unless the close contact of the case is not subsequently positive for any test of diagnosis or in the event that, according to the criteria of the health authorities, the community assessment is appropriate; promote the use of the Immuni app to support contact tracing activities.

4) POSITIVE CASES IN THE LONG TERM “People who, even though they no longer have symptoms, continue to test positive for SARS-CoV-2, if they have had no symptoms for at least a week, they can stop isolation after 21 days from the start This criterion may be modulated by the health authorities in agreement with clinical experts and microbiologists / virologists, taking into account the immunological status of the affected persons (in immunosuppressed patients, the period of contagion can be prolonged) “.

Finally, the Circular clarifies that: Isolation of documented cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection refers to the separation of infected persons from the rest of the community during the period of contagion, in an environment and conditions that prevent transmission of the infection.
