CAGLIARI. A total of 30,049 positive Covid-19 cases have been detected in Sardinia since the beginning of the emergency. In the last update of the Regional Crisis Unit, 173 new cases were detected. There are also 3 deaths (704 in total).
A total of 469,168 swabs were performed with an increase of 2,467 tests. On the other hand, 478 patients are currently hospitalized in non-intensive wards (six less than yesterday), while the number of patients in intensive care is 43 (unchanged). There are 15,879 people in home isolation. The progressive number of positive cases includes 12,617 (+80) recovered patients, plus another 328 clinically recovered.
In the territory, of the 30,049 positive cases verified in total, 6,716 (+38) were detected in the metropolitan city of Cagliari, 4,869 (+41) in southern Sardinia, 2,388 in Oristano, 5,998 (+53) in Nuoro, 10,078 (+41) in Sassari.
