The positive / swab rate is 15.7%. This is the image that emerges from the newsletter of the Ministry of Health of November 5 on the situation of the coronavirus in Italy (LIVE UPDATES – SPECIAL – THE SITUATION IN ITALY). In the case of intensive care, however, the very different trend compared to previous months is confirmed: the percentage of positives admitted on April 4 was 4.5%, while on November 5 it was 0.5 %.

In contrast, 446,701 people are in home isolation. Swabs totaled 16,717,651, 219,884 more than on November 4. The cases evaluated so far are 10,155,585 net of how many swabs have been performed.
The Emilia Romagna Region announces that after verification of the data, 3 cases have been eliminated since they are not considered Covid-19 cases. The Calabria region, on the other hand, reports that the number of deaths yesterday was 124, and not 125. The region of Tuscany, finally, announces that the number of deaths yesterday was 1445, and not 1461.
