Silvio Berlusconi could come out of quarantine today.
The leader of Forza Italia turned out yesterday negative to a swab, and today I will do a second. If the result is still negative, the former prime minister will be considered definitively cured of COVID-19, which hit him in early September.
In this case, in addition, Berlusconi may participate this afternoon in the reception of wedding of his son Luigi and his girlfriend Federica Fumagalli, in Macherio. Berlusconi, 84, had tested positive for coronavirus on September 2. The worsening of his health and, in particular, the appearance of bilateral pneumonia, had forced him to be admitted to the San Raffaele hospital. According to his doctor, Alberto Zangrillo, Berlusconi, during his hospitalization, seemed very proven, also due to one of the really negative characteristics of Covid-19: it forces you to be alone and face the disease alone.
The Forza Italia leader had spoken, upon leaving the hospital, of Covid as the most dangerous test of my life, and in an interview with Messenger Service he had explained that he had been distressed for his children and grandchildren.
Luigi himself, the last child, had tested positive for Covid, as well as Barbara and Marina.
Barbara Berlusconi had commented on the news of her positivity – and those that identified her as one of the possible causes of her father’s illness – with an interview with Messenger Service, in which she explained that she was not an actress: against me [ stato messo in atto] inhumane treatment.
