The exercise and use of activities related to cinemas, theaters and live presentations, restaurants and bars, weddings and ceremonies, are subject to strict compliance with the protocols;
In addition, the celebration of parties and receptions is only allowed in compliance with the maximum limit of 20 participants for each event and in compliance with the additional measures provided in the protocols;
All companies (including bars, kiosks, pizzerias, restaurants, pubs, wineries, supermarkets) are prohibited from selling alcoholic beverages of any strength with takeout after 10 pm, as well as keeping the vending machines running. It is allowed to serve at the counter, complying with the mandatory spacing, as well as at tables, provided that the protocols are respected. Stores that cannot guarantee these measures must close at 10 p.m.

With immediate effect and until October 7, 2020, unless further changes are made as a result of the trend in the epidemiological situation detected daily:
1.1. The exercise and use of activities related to Cinema, Theaters and Live Shows, Catering and Bars, Weddings and Ceremonies, are subject to strict compliance with the protocols;
1.2. the celebration of parties and receptions is only allowed in compliance with the maximum limit of n. 20 participants for each event and in compliance with the additional measures provided for in the protocols;
1.3. to all commercial establishments (including bars, kiosks, pizzerias, restaurants, pubs, wine bars, supermarkets), from 10 pm it is prohibited to sell and carry alcoholic beverages, of any strength, as well as to keep the vending machines in operation. It is allowed to serve at the counter, complying with the mandatory spacing, as well as at the tables, provided that the current protocols are met. Stores that cannot guarantee these measures are obliged to close at 10 pm;
1.4. From 22.00 to 06.00 it is forbidden to consume alcoholic beverages, of any strength, in public areas open to the public, including villas and municipal parks, as well as in areas overlooking bars and other public places. ;
1.5 The activity of parties and fairs and, in general, any activity or event whose execution or use is not carried out in a static way and with fixed locations is suspended.
1.6 Passengers not wearing a mask are prohibited from boarding the means of transport. Passengers without a mask must, in any case, be sanctioned in accordance with the provisions and will be asked to get out of the vehicle immediately and, in any case, as soon as possible, to avoid any additional risk related to staying on board in absence protection devices. In case of refusal, the bus or train must be blocked and the intervention of the police must be requested.
For matters not covered by this provision, the provisions of Ordinance no. 72 of September 24, 2020, published in the BURC on the same date, remain confirmed and extended until October 7, 2020. The provisions of Ordinances No. 73 of September 25, 2020 and No. 74 of 27 are also confirmed. September 2020, published in the BURC on the date of adoption.
It is recalled that in accordance with the ordinances, it is mandatory, among other things:
– detect the body temperature of employees and users of public offices and those open to the public and prevent entry, contacting the competent ASL Prevention Department, where a temperature higher than 37.5 ° C is detected;
– for the directors of restaurants and other similar establishments, the identification of at least one person per table or group of clients, the collection and storage of data of an appropriate identity document to make them available to the Health Authority, when necessary;
– wear the mask in outdoor locations, throughout the day, regardless of interpersonal distance, subject to the provisions of the specific sector protocols in force (for example, for catering, bars, outdoor sports), approved or extended with the ordinances or attached to the Decree of the Prime Minister of September 7, 2020. The obligation for children under six years of age is excluded, for those with pathologies incompatible with the use of the mask and during individual exercise of motor activity and / or sports;
– to the owners of commercial establishments, public or open to the public, also in derogation of the protocols attached to the ordinances, to measure body temperature at the entrance of the operating rooms, and to ensure the presence of gel dispensers and / or sanitizing solutions, subjecting access to the interior premises to prior hand hygiene and at a temperature below 37.5 ° C;
It is recommended to all subjects belonging to fragile categories not to expose themselves to health risks related to weather events or situations and to adopt a line of maximum caution in interpersonal relationships.
Law enforcement agencies are encouraged to ensure the necessary controls over compliance with this provision.
