In Calabria, to date, 324,783 subjects have been tested for a total of 331,792 swabs performed (further tests can be performed on the same subject). There are 12,006 people who have tested positive for coronavirus (+936 compared to yesterday), negatives 312,777.
These are the daily data related to the Covid-19 epidemic reported by the Department of Health Protection.
Territorially, since the beginning of the epidemic, positive cases are distributed as follows:
– Cosenza: ACTIVE CASES 2,659 (115 on the floor; 13 on the Rossano hospital floor and 10 on Cetraro; 17 in intensive care, 2,504 in home isolation); CASES CLOSED 788 (709 recovered, 79 deceased).
– Catanzaro: ACTIVE CASES 1,360 (78 in ward; 20 in intensive care; 1,262 in home isolation); CASES CLOSED 528 (481 recovered, 47 deceased).
– Crotone: ACTIVE CASES 709 (44 in ward; 665 in home isolation); CASES CLOSED 238 (232 recovered, 6 deaths).
– Vibo Valentia: ACTIVE CASES 529 (15 hospitalized, 514 in home isolation); CASES CLOSED 158 (147 recovered, 11 deceased).
– Reggio Calabria: ACTIVE CASES 3,007 (98 on the ward; 15 hospital unit in Gioia Tauro, 9 in intensive care; 2,885 in home isolation) CASES CLOSED 1,635 (1,582 recovered, 53 deaths).
– Another Foreign Region or State: ACTIVE CASES 267 (267 in home isolation); CASES CLOSED 128 (127 recovered, 1 deceased).
Also included is the person who died in the Cosenza intensive care unit who lived outside the region. Hospitalized patients from the environment outside the region and migrants were inserted into the columns of the respective rooms; of the 48 admissions to the Catanzaro hospital, 5 refer to non-residents. Of the 115 hospitalized in the Cosenza hospital, three are non-residents; the patient discharged from Cosenza was included among those cured in the environment outside the region; the patient who died in Cosenza was included among those who died in the environment outside the region.
Today’s confirmed cases are divided as follows: Cosenza 287, Catanzaro 200, Crotone 69, Vibo Valentia 216, Reggio Calabria 164. Another foreign region or country 0.
Since the last survey, a total of 197 people have registered on the Calabria Region portal to communicate their presence in the regional territory.
The count also includes the two patients from Bergamo transferred to Catanzaro, while the numbers of the infection received after the communication of the data to Civil Protection are not included.
The data includes swabs made in the previous days, processed outside the region.
