10/15/2020 – The president of the Campania region, Vincenzo De Luca, signed ordinance no. 79 of October 15, 2020, which contains new measures to contain and prevent the contagion of Covid-19.

In relation to the existing epidemiological situation, rigorous measures have been adopted with the double objective of limiting as much as possible the circumstances of dangerous concentrations in all areas, private and public, and with the objective of minimizing mobility that is difficult to control.

These are the main measures adopted:

– Due to the very high level of contagion also registered in families and derived from contacts in the school world, in primary and secondary schools face-to-face didactic and educational activities are suspended from October 16 to 30. In all kindergartens, didactic and educational activities are suspended, when they are incompatible with remote activities, and meetings of the collegiate bodies in person.

– Didactic and face-to-face verification activities are suspended in universities, except those related to first-year students.

– Parties are prohibited, even as a result of civil or religious ceremonies, in public, open public and private places, indoors or outdoors, with guests who are not part of the cohabiting family.

– The activities of recreational and recreational clubs are suspended.

– It is recommended to the competent Bodies and Offices to differentiate the daily service hours of the assistant personnel.

– All catering establishments are prohibited from selling take-out food after 9:00 p.m. Delivery is allowed without a time limit.

These measures are in addition to those already provided in recent previous ordinances, starting with the obligation to wear a mask decided two weeks ago.
