10/05/2020 – The president of the Campania region, Vincenzo De Luca, signed this morning ordinance no. 77 that contains more measures to prevent and contain the contagion of Covid-19.
Here is the ordered part of the text:
Effective immediately and until October 20, 2020, without prejudice to any additional determination as a result of state measures. adopters In accordance with art. 2 of decree-law n. 19 of 2020, converted into law n. 35 of 2020, and the trend of the epidemiological situation detected daily:
– Bars, ice cream parlors, pastry shops and similar businesses must close their business from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. the next day, from Sunday to Thursday; from 24.00 to 6.00 the next day, Friday and Saturday. The exceptions are the stores present in wholesale structures that observe night hours.
– For restaurants, pizzerias and other catering establishments (pubs, wineries, kebabs and the like), it is mandatory to anticipate the last entry of customers as well as customers to take home at 11:00 pm, throughout the week. Home deliveries are allowed without a time limit.
The provisions of Ordinance n. 75 of September 29, 2020, published in the BURC on the same date and the related sectoral Protocols attached, remain confirmed. All the provisions of Ordinance no. 76 of October 3, 2020, including the extension:
– of the obligation, throughout the region, to wear the mask even in outdoor places, throughout the day, regardless of interpersonal distance, without prejudice to the provisions of the specific sectorial protocols in force (for example catering, bar, outdoor sports activities), approved or expanded with the current ordinances or attached to the Decree of the Prime Minister of September 7, 2020;
– of all the provisions related to the mandatory security measures prescribed for the owners and users of commercial, cultural, recreational or public spaces, including the obligation to make available, at the entrance and inside the local hydro-alcoholic solutions , sanitizers and to subject the entrance of the users to the sanitization of the hands and the protection of the respiratory tract through the use of the mask.
