03/21/2021 – Ordinance no. 10 of March 21, 2021 (attached), signed by President Vincenzo De Luca, which provides for the expansion of the measures adopted in the previous ordinances 7, 8 and 9 of 2021.
Therefore, it is recalled that, effective as of March 22, 2021 and until April 5, 2021, the provisions of Ordinances No. 7 of March 10, 2021, No. 8 of March 11, are also confirmed. March 2021 and N ° 9 of March 15, 2021..
Among the confirmed measures:
– the prohibition of holding fairs and retail markets -including local and weekly- in accordance with article 45 of the Decree of the Prime Minister of March 2, 2021, in the regional territory activities aimed at the sale of products only Food, agricultural products and nurseries near or within market areas are allowed only when carried out in shops / boxes provided there is the possibility of restricting access and are limited to individual shops / boxes with direct connection to the water network ;
– the closure to the public – except in the hours 7.30 / 8.30 – of urban parks, municipal villas, public gardens, promenades and squares, with the clarification that only access and transit is allowed motivated by proven needs of work or necessity, including those related to access to open businesses and private homes, as well as the related outflow
