The Health Service of the Marche Region has communicated that in the last 24 hours they have been tested 4802 swabs: 1789 on the way new diagnoses and 3013 on the way cured.
The positives are 479 new diagnostics on the way (147 in the province of Macerata, 134 in the province of Ancona, 82 in the province of Pesaro-Urbino, 66 in the province of Fermo, 45 in the province of Ascoli Piceno and 5 from outside the region).
The relationship between the tested swabs and the positive ones is uniform, for the new positives, of 26.7%: signal that, and the difference between swabs for new diagnoses and cured route confirms it the reduction in the number of positives depends largely on the reduction of tests and not on a reduction in the circulation of the virus. Therefore, it will be more interesting to read the data regarding hospitalizations.
These cases include symptomatic subjects (79 cases detected), household contacts (111 cases detected), close contacts of positive cases (126 cases detected), contacts in the work environment (19 cases detected), contacts in living / social settings (22 cases detected), contacts in the healthcare field (6 cases detected), contacts in the school / training environment (17 cases detected), screening of the healthcare pathway (4 cases detected). For another 95 cases, epidemiological investigations are still underway.
