As part of the actions carried out to contribute to the policies to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus, from Monday, September 28, a new function will be available in the SIDI Portal for the weekly collection of data related to possible infections. and the consequent preventive and organizational measures adopted by each educational institution “.

Here are the technical specifications

In particular, all schools, as of September 28, will access the application on Monday, entering the data corresponding to the previous week and making corrections.

On the occasion of the first collection, you will be asked to fill in a short personal data sheet for your center and provide the data corresponding to the previous two weeks (from September 14 to 20 and from September 21 to 27).

It will be possible to access the aforementioned application in the SIDI system from 7:00 am on Monday, September 28 to 2:00 pm on Tuesday, September 29.

The survey consists of four sections divided into questions, which allow the acquisition of numerical data related to the topics of most immediate and relevant interest to the political decision-maker:

A. Postponement of the opening of the school for elections / referendums or by order of the public authority;

B. Teaching and non-teaching staff and students for whom COVID-19 has been determined positive;

C. Teaching and non-teaching staff and students for whom the quarantine measure has been ordered;

D. Suspension of classroom teaching activities as a measure adopted to deal with confirmed cases of contagion by COVID-19.
