203 new cases of Coronavirus confirmed in the last hours in Abruzzo. The Avezzano and L’Aquila outbreaks are concerning. Two deaths: one 81-year-old and one 57-year-old from the province of Chieti.
There are a total of 5,648 positive cases of Covid 19 registered in Abruzzo since the beginning of the emergency. Compared to yesterday there are 203 new cases (age between 7 months and 101 years). Of the new cases, 83 refer to a single outbreak in a nursing home in the province of L’Aquila.
There are 13 positives under 19 years of age, of which 5 in the province of L’Aquila, 5 in the province of Pescara, 1 in the province of Chieti and 2 in the province of Teramo.
The budget of deceased patients registered 2 new cases and amounted to 491 (He is 81 years old and 57 years old from the province of Chieti).
The number of positive cases also includes 3164 discharged / cured (+8 compared to yesterday, of which 28 of the symptomatic with clinical manifestations associated with Covid 19 became asymptomatic and 3136 that resolved the symptoms of the infection and were negative in two consecutive tests).
The positives currently in Abruzzo (calculated by subtracting the number of discharged / recovered and deceased from the total positives).
Since the beginning of the Coronavirus emergency, a total of 234,275 tests have been carried out (+3222 compared to yesterday).
159 patients (+5 compared to yesterday) are hospitalized in non-intensive care; 10 (-5 compared to yesterday) in intensive care, while the other 1824 (+192 compared to yesterday) are in home isolation with active surveillance by the ASL.
Of the total positive cases, 1083 are residents or domiciled in the province of L’Aquila (+136 compared to yesterday), 1,258 in the province of Chieti (+12), 2,127 in the province of Pescara (+40), 1095 in the province of Teramo (+13), 44 outside the region (+1) and 41 (unchanged) for which provenance controls are being carried out.
