There are 800,953 cases of Sars-Cov-2 infection registered in the last 30 days in Italy, of which 22,712 among healthcare workers and, in the same period of time, 12,904 have died and 304,531 have recovered.
This is what the data from the integrated Covid-19 surveillance show, published by the Istituto Superiore di Sanità (Iss) and updated to November 29.
The mean age of the cases in the last 30 days is 48 years, and increases after the decline in the summer. 48.3% of those infected are men and 51.7% women; 11% are under 18 years old, 15.5 are over 70, 29% are between 51 and 70 and the majority, 44.3%, are between 19 and 50 years old.
According to the bulletin of the Ministry of Health of November 29, hospitalized patients with symptoms are 32,879 (-420, less than on November 25). There are 3,753 people in intensive care (-9, less for the fourth consecutive day). In the last 24 hours, 20,648 new infections have been registered in 176,934 smears performed, the percentage of positives remaining stable at 11.6%.
