Covid-19, 21 infections in the bat in 24 hours

Based on information from the director of the Department of Health Promotion, Vito Montanaro, the president of the Puglia Region, Michele Emiliano, reports that today, Sunday, October 4, 2020 in Puglia, 3486 tests have been registered for coronavirus infection Covid-19 and 151 positive cases have been registered:

• 97 in the province of Bari,
• 21 in BAT province,
• 4 in the province of Brindisi,
• 16 in the province of Foggia,
• 3 in the province of Lecce,
• 8 in the province of Taranto,
• 2 province of unknown residence.

No deaths were recorded.

Since the beginning of the emergency, 424,869 tests have been carried out.

4,739 are recovered patients.

2,897 are currently positive cases.

The total number of positive Covid cases in Puglia is 8,234, divided as follows:

• 3,298 in the province of Bari;
• 737 in the province of Bat;
• 779 in the province of Brindisi;
• 1961 in the province of Foggia;
• 821 in the province of Lecce;
• 572 in the province of Taranto;
• 62 attributed to residents outside the region;
• 4 province of unknown residence.

ASL prevention departments have activated all procedures
for the acquisition of anamnestic and epidemiological information,
intended for tracking close contacts.
