The daily admissions to resuscitation were 191, according to data from the Ministry of Health. There are 26,897 people hospitalized in ordinary wards, 445 units less than the day before.
The number of intensive care units occupied in Italy by Covid patients drops to 35%, still 5% above the alert threshold. The improvement trend also continues in departments, where Covid beds fall to 42%, or 2% above the critical threshold, which is exceeded by 5 regions less than a week ago. This is demonstrated by the data from the National Agency for Regional Health Services (Agenas) of December 15, which show, for both indices, a decrease of -3% compared to a week ago: on Tuesday, December 8, in fact, the use of resuscitations was 38% and that of beds 45%.
