There were 113 positive smears (out of 987 performed) in the 24 hours between 9 am on Sunday and 9 am today. This was announced by the Ministry of Health in the national update of Covid.

Among the positives, 24 are new cases in the RSA of Trentino. The largest outbreak in the APSP in Malé.
There are 19 new positives among nursing home operators: In 2-3 nursing homes there are “major” outbreaks, said Dr. Benetollo of Healthcare Company.

In total, the number of hospitalized patients amounts to 86, and 5 of them are in intensive care.
There are 131 quarantined classes throughout Trentino.
IN SOUTH TYROL – Three other Covid-19 people died in South Tyrol. The total number of deaths in South Tyrol is 299. In the last 24 hours, the laboratories of the South Tyrol health authority carried out 2,510 swabs. 321 new positive cases were registered. Therefore, people positive for the coronavirus in South Tyrol have risen to 6,755 since the start of the pandemic.
Currently, 125 Covid-19 patients are hospitalized in normal hospital wards, another 27 are hospitalized in private facilities, while 35 are isolated in the Colle Isarco facilities. There are 12 Covid patients hospitalized in intensive care units.
There are 6,289 people in home isolation, of which 10 have returned from Croatia, Greece, Spain or Malta. So far 3,892 people have been declared cured.
