The incidence of positives in processed swabs continues to grow: it comes from 29% (against 26.6% yesterday and the 28.9% of the previous day). Today’s hospitalizations and deaths will be reported later, in two other regional bulletins published in the afternoon.

The Marche Region Health Service has reported that in the last 24 hours they have been tested on all 3195 swabs: 1728 on the way new diagnoses and 1467 on the way cured.

This is how the 502 positives detected in the new diagnostic route are distributed: 91 in the province of Macerata, 237 in the province of Ancona, 46 in the province of Pesaro-Urbino, 50 in the province of Stop, 60 in the province of Ascoli piceno and 18 from outside the region.

The origin of infections

These cases include symptomatic subjects (75 cases detected), contacts in home environment (104 cases detected), close contacts of positive cases (138 cases detected), contacts in the work environment (12 cases detected), contacts in living / entertainment environments (31 cases detected), contacts in the healthcare environment (5 cases detected), contacts in the school / training environment (14 cases detected), examination of the sanitary route (7 cases detected) and 9 returns from abroad (Bangladesh and Albania). For another 107 cases, epidemiological investigations are still underway.
