Viterbo – We receive and publish – 179 confirmed cases of Covid-19 positivity were reported, out of 11, by the Molecular Genetics section of Belcolle to the Coronavirus Operational Team of the ASL of Viterbo.
The latest positive reports are linked to swabs performed on citizens residing or domiciled in the following municipalities: 52 in Viterbo, 15 in Civita Castellana, 13 in Montefiascone, 9 in Grotte di Castro, 8 in Nepi, 8 in Vitorchiano, 6 in Orte, 5 in Calcata, 5 in Capodimonte, 5 in Ronciglione, 4 in Acquapendente, 4 in Vallerano, 4 in Marta, 4 in Sutri, 4 in Capranica, 4 in Piansano, 3 in Monterosi, 2 in Celleno, 2 in Tarquinia, 2 in Vasanello, 2 in Villa San Giovanni in Tuscia, 2 in Vignanello, 2 in Vetralla, 2 in Valentano, 1 in Barbarano Romano, 1 in Bassano Romano, 1 in Bolsena, 1 in Caprarola, 1 in Castel Sant’Elia, 1 in Castiglione in Teverina, 1 in Corchiano, 1 in Ischia di Castro, 1 in Montalto di Castro, 1 in Onano, 1 in Soriano nel Cimino, 1 in Tessennano.
Of the cases at present, 80 have an epidemiological link with previously verified and isolated cases, 95 are linked to people who have declared to be symptomatic of the impulse, 4 are swabs made after an antigen test. 178 are convalescing at home, 1 is currently hospitalized at Belcolle Hospital.
The Coronavirus operational team has activated prevention and protection measures, in order to contain the spread of the virus, strengthening the chain of close contacts, with the valuable collaboration of municipal administrations.
In total, at 11 this morning, the cases of positivity to Covid-19, resident or domiciled in Tuscia, amount to 3,738 of which 67 are the cases found in extra Asl structures.
The ASL, with extreme regret, also reports the death, which occurred in the last 24 hours, of 4 patients: 3 hospitalized in the Covid-19 structures of Belcolle (1 87-year-old citizen of Viterbo, 1 88-year-old citizen of Civita Castellana and 1 Bolsena, 82 years old) and 1 guest of the San Raffaele Arcangelo di Bagnoregio nursing home, 92 years old.
Today the recovery of the Covid-19 of 50 resident patients was communicated to the institutionally competent subjects, or residing in the following municipalities: 12 in Viterbo, 8 in Vetralla, 5 in Civita Castellana, 4 in Corchiano, 3 in Fabrica di Roma, 2 in Castel Sant’Elia, 2 in Ronciglione, 2 in Soriano nel Cimino, 2 in San Lorenzo Nuovo, 2 in Ischia di Castro, 1 in Canepina, 1 in Farnese, 1 in Bagnoregio, 1 in Caprarola, 1 in Tarquinia, 1 in Piansano, 1 in Villa San Giovanni in Tuscia, 1 in Nepi.
At the moment, of the people reported positive for Coronavirus: 33 are hospitalized in the Infectious Diseases ward, 11 hospitalized in the Covid Intensive Care in Belcolle, 46 hospitalized in Covid Medicine in Belcolle, 2 are hospitalized in an additional health center of ASL, 2,690 are hospitalized spending their convalescence in their own home.
The number of negative people rises to 893, 63 are the deceased, to which must be added the patient resident in Tuscia and who died in a hospital outside the province.
Since the start of the Covid emergency, 51,176 swabs have been made in the province of Viterbo, 817 in the last 24 hours. To date, the citizens who have completed the period of fiduciary home isolation are 6,795.
