New infections of COVID-19 in our country: in the last 24 hours, 1,766 almost furthermore, slightly down from almost 1,900 yesterday. But there were many less tampons, as it usually happens on weekends: 87,714 against 104,387 swabs yesterday and more than 107,000 on Friday. 17 the dead, also in line with the deaths that occurred in recent days. The total number of cases since the beginning of the pandemic amounts to 309,870, of which more than 100,000 only in Lombardy me 35 thousand in Piedmont and Emilia Romagna. 35,835 Italian citizens who lost their lives, while 224,417 were healed.

Regarding the situation in hospitals, hospitalizations in intensive care: there are 7 more than yesterday, confirming a trend that has been getting worse for weeks.
