(ANSA) – CAGLIARI, SEPTEMBER 17 – “If it is ever necessary to confirm that we live in a country where the government uses two pesos and two measures, this story is a plastic representation. While in Sardinia, the ordinances adopted to protect the Public health are being contested, in other parts of the country discriminatory ordinances are adopted against Sardinians through tests and quarantine for those who come from the island, the health passport proposed by us is adopted and copied. Now I hope that the government also challenge those ordinances. ” This was stated by the president of the Sardinia Region, Christian Solinas, at a press conference convened after the TAR’s decision to suspend the validity of the three articles of the ordinance relating to mandatory tests for those who enter the island.
Solinas also specified that “the sentences are respected and are not discussed, this is a monochromatic act by President Tar and we make some comments.”
“Some Regions, coincidentally all of the same political color, some things are allowed – stressed the president of the Sardinia Region – others are not only not allowed, but when they are adopted they become a shameful nuisance that undermines loyal collaboration between the State and Region “.
According to the governor of Sardinia, “Ordinance 43 represented a balance between health protection and constitutionally guaranteed freedoms, it was not intended to be a brake on free movement but to promote increased detection to limit viral circulation.” (HANDLE).
