The Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, sign a new ordinance ordering the orange area for the Calabria, Lombardy and Piedmont Regions (which were in the red area) and the yellow zone for the Regions Liguria me Sicily (which were in orange). The ordinance, reports the ministry, will be in effect from Sunday, November 29.
The Rt index at the national level stands at 1.08, while the local ones, in the autonomous regions and provinces, are all below 1.25. These are therefore scenarios 1 and 2 provided for in the document on prevention and response to Covid-19 of the Higher Institute of Health.
The new rules for Sicily and Liguria in the yellow zone
Joined the orange area on November 6, the two Regions can now move to the area with less restrictive measures.
